Andok's — Restaurant in Baguio

The staff are so relaxed ("chillax") that they don’t seem to mind if long lines are forming. I only wanted to buy one whole chicken and had the exact amount to pay, no change needed. But instead of assisting me quickly, they prioritized others who paid with large bills (like ₱1,000) for just two rice, even though they didn’t have enough change.

I told one of the staff that I didn’t need the chicken chopped and that I had exact payment, hoping for faster service. But they weren’t listening and just continued working at their own pace. Another customer with a large order came in and they prioritized that too. Yet another customer, also with exact payment, was ignored. The delay all boils down to poor coordination and a lack of readiness with change.

The staff act so “petiks” and show no sense of urgency or customer awareness. It’s unprofessional. It seems like the owners don’t value customer experience and haven’t trained their staff properly. Hope...

I love andok's pero yung staff specifically sa burnham branch scammer. I was calling my family dahil inaasikaso ko prc papers ko. Nag bigay ako 500 para bumili ng 2 spicy dokito which was 80 pesos. Sumukli siya ng 140, feeling niya aloof ako. Train them well wag yung ganyan lang sa service...
