Jollibee — Restaurant in Baguio

Got take out from the drive thru. Its bad enough that they have inventory management issues (ex. We have hotdogs but we dont have bun or we don't have soda, wait, we also don't have any juice available), but forgetfulness or a carelessness to ensure that nothing in the order was missed seems to be a regular thing. Not everybody has the luxury of time to open the paper bag and check if you gave us everything. That's why we ended up using the drive thru. Also, even you order something from one window and pay for it, the people from the window where you have to claim your food may have forgotten to process the order, so you have to wait again for everything to be completed while the rest of your take out gets cold. Had a drive thru for the first 2 consecutive weekends of October 2024 at 6:30-7:00 am and the experience was okay.

Pro: There are times of long queues in drive thru but the service was fast, maybe the ordering part of customers is what traffics the drive thru but once you already had your order, the claiming is fast. Food is great.

Cons: Chicken sandwich and some breakfast menu are unavailable, or if it is available, the crew would ask "if willing to wait for at least 10 minutes" sometimes 18 minutes for breakfast menu. Not pet friendly,specially for big dogs. We went to baguio today and dinein for lunch were not even able to enter the entrance as the guard approach us and asked in such a dicriminative way,”papasok nyo aso” and we answer yes and we will use the outdoor dinein And he told “hindi pwede and lakilaki ng aso nyo!”
