My family and I always stay here whenever we go to Baguio, it used to be great but not the last time. We stayed here on the 25th of December, only for an overnight stay, got the suite room. The stay actually was good or maybe because were not in the hotel room for the whole day. The next day came, at around 8am the power supply went off 3 TIMES so some of us had to continue showering without the shower heater. We were already fixing our things when my mom FELL ON A HOLE inside the room near the bed that they covered with a thin plywood that looks exactly like their floor. Called the desk asked for first aid, they gave us EXPIRED Hydrogen Peroxide. Asked the desk as well wheres the manager but THERE WAS NO MANAGER IN CHARGED??? HOW COME??? I keep asking them why they gave a room that is OBVIOUSLY OUT OF ORDER. The front desk and the maintenance pretended they didnt know there was a hole in the room BUT THAT WAS TOO IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE. A ROOM THAT HAS A MANHOLE THAT WHO KNOWS WHERE YOU WOULD END UP WHEN YOU FALL? THATS ONLY POSSIBLE IN...
Read moreLindi Hotel is conveniently located and accessible to most places in Baguio. Right across the hotel is a Mercury drugstore, and there's a 7/11 convenience store nearby. There are also banks right beside the hotel. It has a large parking space and many rooms. It has good Wi-Fi connections and a very pleasant ambiance.
Room:
The room is okay, with free breakfast. It has hot/cold water, but you'll need to bring your own towel as our room didn't have one. I would recommend Lindi if you're just looking for a place to stay overnight after exploring Baguio. However, be prepared because it can be a bit noisy due to its location by the road.
Suggestion/Recommendation:
Please fix the double lock on the rooms. Ours was broken, so we had to take extra precautions inside before going to sleep at night. Please check and fix the double locks in the rooms so guests feel safe.
Staffs:
The staff is incredibly kind and helpful to the guests. Even the security guard is very friendly.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go back to...
Read moreWe recently stayed 3 nights at Lindi Hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Burnham Park, which made exploring Baguio so convenient. A huge bonus for us was that the hotel is dog-friendly! Our fur babies had a great time, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, though we encountered an issue with the concierge service. We had checked out and wanted to leave our bags until our driver arrived, but the staff seemed unsure about this, which was surprising since this is a standard practice in most hotels. We had to explain the situation, but they eventually accommodated our request.
Despite this hiccup, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the convenient location really made up for it. With a little more training for the staff, especially on concierge services, it could be even better. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you’re...
