Jollibee — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

Probably the worst Jollibee branch. I wanted to order a chicken sandwich without mayo, and my pepsi float with lesser ice but it's not allowed. I've been ordering Jollibee since I was young, and just recently ordered from another branch and such things was allowed. They should change whoever is managing this branch ASAP. What kind of service is not allowing to just not add a mayo on a burger. Again, change whoever is managing this branch or whoever thought it was a good idea to not lessen the ice or include mayo even he customer doesn't want it. Service was okay. They didn't give us tissues, no cookies n cream ice cream available, and the drinks are not cold. My coke tasted flat, they're excuse is the ice machine is broken, then they should have told me before I ordered 😒😒😒.
