The food is still amazing. I really love their food, especially the kare-kare BUT this branch's staff are still awful! I've eaten here several times, and today was the worst. The staff is so rude and slow in accommodating their customers, and in replenishing the food in the buffet AS ALWAYS, BUT SO FAST IN TRYING to get the "dirty" plates. For example, I just got back from getting a quarter of a cup of their scramble, I haven't even touched it BUT THEY ALREADY WANT TO CLEAN THE "DIRTY" CUP. The plates with unfinished food that we were still eating were always rudely asked to be taken. I ate a bit distracted because I was tending to my two-year old toddler. And I observed them. They do this to the other customers as well, hounding over "dirty plates" that the guests are still eating from. It's as if they're chasing the customers away even if it's not close to two hours yet. Read moreSigurista! Bayad muna bago pumasok. I already ate at Cabalen, San Lazaro Manila and we were not treated this way. May proseso, hindi sigurista at maayos tho hindi perfect of course pero mas maayos. Gets ko nmn na rush hour kasi andaming tao pero again they should never treat us like that. Never naman kami tatakbo haha. Siguro I may felt differently kung di ko na try yung service nila sa San Lazaro or sa other buffet (like vikings). Few selections lang din puro gulay pa hehe. Anyway mediocre yung food para saken alam nyo yung food vlogs na nakikita ko na worth 100 or 200 na breakfast eat all you can sa mga karinderya parang ganun yung dating saken due to few food selections. For less than 700 with mediocre food and sigurista atmosphere sa reception, cramped space, tbh not good exp for a birthday celebrant like me plus the fact na ang embarassing pa pag gusto nilang bumati ng bday ang korny ng tugtog jusko at pagkalakas lakas pa umalis talaga ako sa kinauupuan ko to go somewhere else acting finding somefood just to get away from them. Wala bang preference? Siguro dapat next time mag ask muna sila kung anong klaseng tugtog, kung gaano kalakas, at gaano ka simple at ka energetic (matching the korny sound) yung magiging pagbati or if gusto ng celebrant mabati at all of course may mga introvert, ambivert, and or shy silang customer. Esp sa ganong ka korny na tugtog kahit di ako introvert magiging ganun ako eh.
