Yellow Cab Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Cebu City

Wow the yellow cab pizza really became sad. I tried to eat at Ayala mall and now also at IT park. They removed their shrimp and garlic pizza, but not enough about that they also removed the options to add extra cheese on their pizzas which suck lol. I normally like the pizzas from here when I can add some extra cheese cause or else it is just like in this picture ( a dry cardboard ) Me and my wife ate a slice each and threw the rest in the bin. Go to the Angels pizza instead it's cheaper and way better with plenty of toppings instead this sad cardboard with very few pieces of ham and almost no cheese which cost 1000...

Ordered for pick up via their hotline, was advised to go in 30mins after our phone call, turns out the staff weren’t able to read our order, it was only when I arrived to pick it up that they read it and started prepping it (told to wait 8mins). If you have the internet and account to order, go to foodpanda or grab instead, hotline can sometimes be useless or maybe they should be more aware and alert of such. We went to Yellow Cab IT Park last Aug 30, 2025 with my family and honestly, WORST service ever! The food was good, but the service was ZERO. We came in happy but ended up going home mad because it took us almost 2 hours just to eat properly. The tables were messy when we arrived, and it took them 10–20 minutes to clean up—we even had to help! Ordering was a joke, they made us wait almost 15 minutes just to take our order, telling us to “wait.” We were starving, yet we had to serve our own plates, glasses, and utensils.
