Formal Complaint Regarding Incident on June 22, 2025.
Good day,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at approximately 12:23 a.m. on June 22, 2025, at your Filinvest IT Park branch.
As I was passing by your store, one of your on-duty service crew members had just finished cleaning a table and proceeded to throw the remaining coffee onto the stairway—right in the direction where I was walking. Some of the liquid splashed onto my legs and feet. The staff member turned around and walked back into the store without acknowledging what had happened.
I went up the stairs to call her attention. When she came out, I informed her that I had been splashed with what appeared to be coffee or water. She denied it, but I pointed out that my legs were visibly wet. Instead of offering a sincere apology, she simply said that it was a minor splash (“daplis lang”) and offered to get a tissue. However, due to my frustration, I chose to leave.
I would like to ask: Is it part of your practice to allow staff to dispose of leftover beverages outside the shop premises in such a manner? Have your employees been properly trained to handle these situations professionally?
Please know that I am not seeking retribution. I only wish to raise this concern so that such incidents can be avoided in the future through proper corrective action and staff training.

However, When they served me, the barista didn't even say sorry for the wait, When I said I wanted the cupcake, the barista said it was sold out.
