Big Tom's Charbroiled Burger — Restaurant in Cebu City

thank you for your hospitality, good service and food. Went in with a party of 10 with 1 wheelchair and 3 kids. We all enjoyed our food. Coming from the US I know what a good juicy and perfect burger is. So far this has met my taste and standard of burger in Phil. Crew & security/door guy was so helpful with my brother who's in a wheelchair. We were the first customers inside around that time (630-7p dinners) and for 10people they were able to service us in 10-25min from appetizers, drinks to our main orders. Good job kitchen crew!! All fake review I think because the burger is so normal and really no taste in the meat. The fries are dismal quality and the onion rings are bland as any bad onion ring. People actually rave about the onion rings 🤦🏻‍♂️. Also the people who work on top of all the poor tasting food are as bitter as this whole establishment(like flash a smile here and there). I can’t believe anyone thinks this place is great and the best in Cebu. Discovered this place when looking for restaurants near the Best Western plus Lex I was staying at. Literally, one minute of walking and you're in burger heaven. A great selection of western style burgers with milkshakes to match. Portions are generous and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're no where near the city streets of Cebu. As a perfectionist, I would only give this a four out of five due to the lack of options for sides, a little more detail for the ingredients of the burgers on the menu and finally, a better brioche burger bun.
