SUKIDESU MODERN JAPANESE RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Cebu City

I had a lovely lunch at this place with my niece. We decided to order the Prawn Tempura Bento and Gyudon Bento Set, and they turned out to be delicious choices. Although we slightly regretted not trying one of their tempting ramen dishes, we promised ourselves that we’d come back another time to give them a taste. Our stomachs were completely satisfied after enjoying our meal, as the food was truly amazing and full of flavor.

The only downside was that it was a bit warm inside the restaurant, making us wish they had air-conditioned rooms to keep the temperature comfortable. Nonetheless, the overall ambiance was neat and tidy, creating a pleasant dining environment. The service crew deserves praise for their attentiveness and accommodating nature; they made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit.

One of the things we appreciated about this place was the reasonable price of the food. It struck a good balance, offering quality dishes without breaking the bank. We found the value for money to be just right, considering the enjoyable and tasty experience we had.

To summarize, my lunch experience at this restaurant was a delightful occasion shared with my niece. The mouthwatering dishes, warm and accommodating service, and tidy ambiance made it a memorable outing. I’m already looking forward to returning for the tantalizing ramen options and hoping they address the temperature concerns.

CALIFORNIA MAKI IS A MUST TRY!!!

Super delicious, especially when paired with Wasabi! I’m at loss for words at how satisfying the maki is. I think it’s probably the mayo but if you ever go to sukidesu, buy that maki fr. The pork gyoza 🥟 was bland tasting but that’s really how it tastes like in Japan. When I ate a piece, I remembered my Japan days because it’s a copy of their bland foods there hahahah The ajitama soup is egg soup. The whole liquid tastes like egg, as I said it’s an egg soup so makes sense but not a fan of eggs so will not order it next time.

The service was superb as well! The waiter we got was very smiling. He was very helpful to us and smiled warmly at my boyfriend who was having trouble ordering (it was his first time eating japanese food) and also suggested foods that he might like. He waited patiently at the side to take our orders. I wish him all the best!!! Sadly failed to get his name so I can mention it here. But thank you kuyaa ❤️

Overall, it was a warm experience. If you’re here reading all these reviews, go there already and try it yourself! Don’t waste more time and just eat! It’s a 100% highly recommended and will surely be back next time to try other foods.

I'm giving five stars because my overall experience was memorable. Although I was not a fan of their ramen broth,For me it was bland. I love their tempura, gyoza, sushi and different flavors of Maki 😋 we finished with japanese ice cream for dessert! very Affordable japanese food! We ordered so much for 20 pax and shocked that our total was only 8,000 pesos. it's a steal✨ Only sad that one of our orders did not arrive, but i'll give it to room for improvement since we were a big pack. The atmosphere could've been better, we were a big group so they gave us their small function room and there wasn't any window and only had 1 exit, not good for claustrophobics. I hope they could look into it ☺️ but the rest of the interior takes me closer to...
