We went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and to be honest we were a little disappointed with the food. As pretty as it looks, it is the complete opposite of its taste. We were looking forward to the Medium Rare Ribeye Steak however, it was too rubbery and small for its price. The bruschettas’s bread was too thin that it falls apart when you get it. The garlic confit was not spreadable at all. The mussels were okay, I do recommend trying this out. It was cooked well with tomatoes and garlic which totally compliments the seafood. Another recommendation would be the Korean Chicken, it was packed with flavor and it tasted great. Sous vide Pork Chops- it was fine, nothing really special about its taste aside from having scallop bits but it was soft so kudos to that! Parm Wheel - the pasta was cooked well, however the wine took out all of the flavor from the parmesan cheese. It would’ve been better if they used a more neutral wine. Moving to the place and atmosphere, it was great. A homey place with dark light setup. Service was top notch too!!! The staff who catered to us were so friendly and helpful. He managed to fix the arrangement last minute since it lacked tables. He quickly served the food and was observant of the empty plates and had it all taken out right away.

I recently dined at Cava, and it was a mix of hits and misses: • Parm Wheel: Enjoyable and a good start to the meal. Very creamy and pasta was perfectly cooked. • Kani Salad: Fresh and flavorful—a solid choice. • Garlic & Parmesan Chicken: Just okay, nothing particularly memorable. • Gambas: Typical gambas, but actually pretty great—flavorful and well-cooked. • Pork Ribs: The sauce was delicious and well-seasoned, but the meat didn’t fall off the bone as expected, which was disappointing. It came with mashed potatoes, which were good though. • Tiramisu: Not too sweet, with the coffee and sweetness perfectly balanced—creamy, indulgent, and truly the highlight of the meal! The service was excellent—fast, efficient, and friendly, which made the experience more enjoyable. While some of the food didn’t meet expectations, I think there’s definitely room for improvement in the serving sizes and food prep.

Order medium rare steak to get cow that may still moo. Ribeye is marinated chinese-style in baking soda. Would've been great tossed around in chow mein. Might have been decent if it was called Hong Kong-style steak. Prime rib was just over-salted "prime" beef ham. Despite what their name may suggest, they don't have any cava. On a serious note, the prime rib and the rib eye were down there with the worst steaks I've ever had. I'd still recommend this place though for its impeccable service and atmosphere. Everything but the steaks was ok. Bring your own wine and pay corkage.

My family and I visited CAVA recently and the standout feature was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by Bryan.

From the moment we entered, Bryan made us feel welcome with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. His passion for his job was evident as he showed us around the restaurant that was revamped from his boss' old house. All the staffs were very friendly and were proactive in helping us snap nice photos.

While the service was exceptional, I must admit that the food left me with less enthusiasm. The dishes, though competently prepared, didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the outstanding service. However, it's worth noting that there were positive aspects to the meal. Some flavors were enjoyable, and the presentation showed attention to detail.

The warm hospitality extended by Bryan and also, Ken and the rest of the staffs made the evening memorable. Their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. It's clear that the staff at CAVA takes pride in providing a high level of customer service.

In conclusion, while the food didn't leave a lasting impression, the exceptional service provided by Bryan, Ken and the rest of the staffs adds a distinct...
