Hello, I just want to express my disappointment in this restaurant. First of all, I love Chowking. It's my go-to restaurant. But I got caught up this time. I want to ask, are you guys reading these bunch of comments, feedback, and concerns in your restaurant service online? Like guys, seriously? You are just giving a container of sauce with 95% oil and 5% chili flakes?? Are you for real? For 4 steamed beef siomai? We provide a space for feedback to improve our service to our customers, yet what happened now?? Is that only a mere useless tool?? Additionally, the wonton is very concentrated, too salty, and has no veggies at all. I'm really disappointed. You should provide even better service to online purchasers. I'm not saying you should not serve walk-ins, but we lessen the burden on your part in that you just have to deal with the delivery riders. We offer you spacious place for walk-in customers.
