Greenwich — Restaurant in Cebu City

Terrible experience at this branch! Once you order your meal you are told to sit and wait in the downstairs waiting area until they call out your number. This waiting area is small, overcrowded and noisy, made worse by a radio being on full volume thumping out music! It's a restaurant NOT a nightclub! It was mayhem today on my visit, with about 12 Grab drivers sitting and standing around in the waiting area all talking noisly and joking around between themselves. And every minute a member of staff brings out an order and SHOUTS out at the top of his voice with the order number, two, three, sometimes five times until the customer goes to collect. It was painful on the ears. There is a seating area upstairs for dining and it was a lot less noisy though the a/c made a lot of background noise. Upon placing my order at the counter, I specifically requested any chicken part except for the leg due to personal preference. Unfortunately, the wait exceeded 20 minutes, which is longer than my usual fast-food timer. Upon receiving my order, I was surprised to find leg parts instead of wings, as they had informed me that only wings were available.
