J.CO Donuts & Coffee, Cebu IT Park — Restaurant in Cebu City

The staffs in this branch compared to other branches in Cebu is not good, has a very high self-esteem, doesn’t want to be bothered and don’t want to entertain the customers at all. JCO doughnuts were my comfort food but I ordered from this store just few times. Frustrated on the first time I went to this store in a morning, the 8:00 AM scheduled time to open were not met, and we were waiting outside till 8:10am with my nephews and niece but the staff were pretending to be busy with their huddle and we really gave up since they doesn’t care to the customers waiting outside. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since and doughnuts are always good but staff’s in here are not...

Very disappointed with the service at J.CO IT Park. I went in hoping for a good experience, but instead was refused donuts even though they still had plenty available. The staff told me, “they’ve already been recorded,” — which made absolutely no sense to me. When I asked for clarification, I got no proper explanation, just dismissiveness.

It felt like they didn’t want to serve me at all. I ended up walking out — frustrated and disrespected. For a known brand like J.CO, I expected better customer service and basic courtesy. Sadly, it was a big letdown.

The staff wasn't friendly when I asked the difference between their coffee. I ordered it for dine in but they put it inside a to go cup and their hot cappuccino didn't taste good at all, I didn't feel the milk. It was a bit of rip off for me since the serving was so little.
