The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Garden Row — Restaurant in Cebu City

I have given this coffee shop five stars because i really love their drinks, food and services. I would say that they are one of the best coffee shop i have visited. Their crew or staff members are very accommodating. The place is just so good, nice ambiance and so calming. They have good music. They have the best tea and coffee. And their salads, its the best. My personal favorite is the hot matcha drink. Its one if the best matcha drink i ever had. I am not really into coffee, but i had already ordered all their coffee menu and all is just best. Most of the coffee bean and tea leaf store have parking lots, so no need to worry bringing a car with you. Some of their store are open twenty-four hours some are just until one in the morning. It is also good if you are planning for studying out or having a business meeting. But mind you, this is a coffee shop, this is no library or private place. If you are planning for a study out, some of their shops may have limited electrical outlet for your laptops or any gadgets to charge. They have high tables and chair and their is also a knee-high tables but they also have normal height tables, some of their shops have long tables. I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Ayala Malls Central Bloc on Saturday, July 26th at around 12:00 PM. The shop is located on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The male staff at the counter had an unprofessional attitude — he spoke in a very low voice and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. It was extremely difficult to understand anything he said. Honestly, I believe this kind of service reflects poor staff training. Either proper customer service training is urgently needed, or this person might not be suited for front-line work. Sadly, this experience left such a negative impression that I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this...

I kindly asked them if they can put my cold brew coffee to go order in the little bottles they have in their chiller as that’s how they used to sell on before but they REFUSED my request THREE(3) TIMES. Not wanting to argue and denied one more time, I just picked up my order and went outside and waited for a taxi. Then one of the crew came to me brining two of those little bottles telling me they’ll just give it to me so I can put it when I get home. I don’t need that when I get home, everyone has plenty of containers at home. I needed it so I can easily and worry free carry my drink home.
