We completed ordering at exactly 9:05 pm. We were told to wait for 20 minutes for the chicken.which we were okay. They then first served our ala carte burger steak and 2 regular coke's. Around 9:23 pm we were able to eat our chicken. Initially we were so happy with our chicken's coz they were big. We ordered one C1 and C2. C1 was okay.however the C2 was abit undercooked. We know there are a lot of factors for it to be undercooked. It might have been, it wasn't properly thawed or even if it was thawed enough.the chicken wasn't fully cooked after 12 minutes (standard of cooking one piece of chicken) . And being a person in a hospitality industry. We didn't make any fuss or big deal about it.we simply called the busboy and told him that it was a bit undercooked. So we continued eating and just shared mine to my partner since we were hungry. The busboy then went back to us and told us if we could wait 30 minutes so they can cook another chicken OR he could just re-fry it for a shorter period of time. So hoping they got even just a small pan to cook it. Of course who would want to waste a beautiful piece of chicken and wait for 30 minutes? Thinking that would also be deducted from the person who fried the chicken. So we just said we could wait for it to be re-fried. But then the busboy went back and told us that we just need to wait for 30 minutes as per their manager. So he took our receipt and we just politely said to cancel the order. Because we just couldn't wait any longer. So after eating it we were expecting to have our refund back.but the manager didn't even checked the receipt and even asked us where was our receipt. Then her cashier informed her that she placed it under the counter or was it in the cashbox. The manager tonight then asked us if we also returned the drinks. Like what? Of course we were able to drink some of it! We were the one's inconvenienced ,then I would get that treatment? Then I told her how can she expect us to return it as well? Yes we didn't finish half of it if you can check the CCTV. But would she resell it anyway? She then went ahead and told me that it wasn't really undercooked. The was a bit tough. My girlfriend even spitted it out. Is that even Jollibee's standard procedure on how to resolve an issue? She then said that it was a protocol for being a manager. Wow. Apart from nabitin mis amung panihapon kay gatunga nalang mis manok, pangutan on pamig nauli ba namu ang drinks. Pag sure diha ma'am! Wala rba jd mi nag oa ug pa refund haa....
Read moreI am writing to share my experienced with Jollibee Plaza Independencia Cebu City. Today 2/17/2021 at 9:24am (receipt time), with my wife and my daughter we drive thru to Jollibee Plaza Independencia. The amount due was only Php.264 but i paid up to last coin i have. Sad to say when were about to eat our food, we found out that 1 yum burger was lacking. Because we are not that far from the that jollibee store,i decided to went back to claim the lacking 1yum burger. I went directly to the window where the food releases/serves. I approach the person in-charge to kindly check my receipt and the food inside since i know I ordered 2yum burgers (note: i left my drinks to my wife since they don't to go back with me). Sad to say, she replied "duha man jud to akoa gisulod Sir, akoa lang i-review ang CCTV); i insisted that I received only 1burger, if only we are not that near and i have enough money inside my pocket, I will not manage to go back. I understand very much why she needs to review the CCTV, but the way she deliver her words for several times that she wanted to review the CCTV that touches my integrity since that amount is very very very small but it looks shameful especially there are other people listening. I was a Jollibee crew before but that is not the way we treat customers; we used to say sorry first to the customer and then check and discuss politely the problem to mollify the customer since the customer made an effort also to go back to the store.
Anyways she added the lacking 1yum burger to my paper pack.
With regards to the food, it's very delicious, it was served hot and fresh. The spaghetti was perfect, very hot, with enough...
Read moreUnfortunate inasmuch as it is supposedly a national pride. This is not the only particular branch which offered poor service and accordingly sad-looking foods.
Though the one-piece chicken meal used to bring delight to every Filipino's face, and even more so in a bucket, the chicken at present went on a downgrade— it is no longer juicy and no longer tasty. It honestly tastes like it is left long in the freezer, frozen and nowhere near fresh and only cooked the day prior to when it is supposed to be discarded. The chicken, moreover, significantly reduced in size over time.
Also, at least to the branch at hand, the service was bad. We waited for a significant time despite having a bearable number of customers and not on peak hours at that. The orders were wrong and despite the polite complaint, there was no change in the order at all— just straight out neglected.
Jollibee has been very...
