Mang Inasal - Sto. Niño — Restaurant in Cebu City

This restaurant was renovated I was hoping for better costumer service and comfort but it wasn't. The food was great but we need to wait for a couple of minutes for us to get our extra rice. We want to eat continuously but stopped every time because we are out of rice. It takes 5 or more minutes for them to give to us but there were a few customers that time. And the crew that was serving us lacks proper training. Doesnt speak when ask. Us: can we have our extra rice? Crew: *stares then go away

The tables are so small if you have a lot of order it will not gonna fit in there. Its a bit struggle to get in by the chair. Tall and big people are gonna struggle mostly even small ones as well. The airconditioning is bad at the 2nd floor. The cashier is right after the door, the exit and entrance will be block if their are costumers lining up to order.

But I really love their chicken inasal. This restaurant is nice in other branch but Im hoping for them to improve...

Ordered my food at 4:30pm so I can still eat and have plenty of time for the next mass at 5:30pm. It's near the Sto. Niño Basilica. But my food arrived almost an hour later, making me eat my food at a fast pace. Not even having the chance to savor my food. The place is small, I get it. This branch is near many tourist attractions. There're two floors which I suggest to dine on the 2nd floor because it's quite hot on G level. If the order is not rice and grilled chiclen, I will take so long time to prepare. The staff is nice and polite.
