Let’s start with the food. The chicken sizes are generally fine; however, there are times when the pieces served are incredibly small. I was informed that serving small pieces is not allowed — yet somehow, it still happens, no?
As for the atmosphere, it’s decent. However, I can’t seem to understand why the stairway would be blocked, especially when you're fully aware that you have a high volume of customers, particularly around midnight.
Now, onto the most frustrating part — the service. Of all the things you could overlook, you repeatedly fail to provide tissue napkins with customers' orders. It’s quite impressive, really — forgetting one of the most basic essentials in food service. This has been an ongoing issue to me for almost a year now. You would think that after so many complaints and missed opportunities to improve, something would have changed by now. But no — it’s all about quantity with very little regard for quality.
To add, when I nicely asked for a box to take out my leftovers, I did not appreciate how your staff looked at me — eyes running up and down, full of judgment. Looking at a customer like that? Seriously? How professional. Basic respect towards paying customers should be non-negotiable, but evidently, that's another area that needs urgent work.
And let’s not forget the time I had to follow up for gravy because, yet again, it was conveniently forgotten with the meal. As luck would have it, the so-called "unlimited gravy" had apparently run out at the exact same time. I asked politely and waited — for over 10 minutes, no less — only to finally receive it with a look that made it seem as though I was somehow a burden for simply asking for what should have been included in the first place. Truly impressive.
It's honestly disappointing how the most basic expectations can't even be met. Improvement isn't optional at this point — it's...
Read moreWorst McDonald’s experience ever!!! My family and I had decided to go dinner at McDonalds because my daughter would like to try the spaghetti. When we walked in, the place seems normal. We even asked the guard to assist us ordering at the kiosk. After that, we paid our order and waited. After several minutes, the staff, Charice called me and told me that there is no McFloat available and asked us that they will replace it with medium coke. Since we dont have any choice, we just nod and accept it. Then when we were about to claim our order, I noticed that the coke was small. So I asked Charice and she said that its already medium coke. Then I just said okay, and brought 2 trays without them helping me. My wife noticed that the coke is just really small as well as lack of gravy, tissue and catsup for fries. So she approached the manager and replaced it with real medium sized coke. Then, my daughter noticed that the pasta from Spaghetti was a bit hard to bite so tasted it and the pasta was not really cooked. So my wife confronted the manager for their poor service and gave the spaghetti to replace but the manager doesnt show empathy and showed no compassion to the situation. So, we waited and we waited and it took 20-30 minutes before they gave my daughters order and since she fell asleep while waiting we decided to just take it out. We dont deserve that kind of service. MY DAUGHTER DOESNT DESERVE THAT KIND OF SERVICE. The way they handled the situation was the worst! No customer deserves that kind of service! We will post this to social media so people will be aware and for your employees to apply positive change. We also need you to take actions appropriately. Looking forward hearing from you.
For your reference, here are the details of my order:

Read moreThe Servers are always so unproffresional, been dining in here cause it's the closest to work but I swear they have the worst customer service in Cebu. The Cashiers are very slow they always take their time in getting the orders, sometimes have the audacity to chit chats, not very friendly, they don't smile, don't even apologized if they make mistake, and always don't have change, like what kind of big company don't have change? They act like 'we are still getting why care' attitude. And the Servers back end they always always do not follow the sequence of orders they will try to do which one has just one or two orders or small orders but those that are long orders despite being first would always to be served last and again the Servers still won't mind, won't apologized, like they care they still got the job. It's as if this fast food is not caring about service anymore but just about capitalizing people. Would definitely...
