Feb 2025: Food is good, they serve you chips and salsa while waiting for your food to come out. No pictures since I got a headache waiting to be served. They are currently running a promo where you can have an App, Main, and Drink. And for 375, it's a splendid deal. They use chicken thighs and 2 orders of their promo can feed 3 people comfortably.
But the wait time and atmosphere brings my rating down. We were seated in the middle, lots of foot traffic around us, and when requesting to transfer to a booth, you will be denied without consideration. Serving time was supposed to be 20 minutes but turned out to be 40 and while that's normally fine since they serve complimentary chips, having to wait 10 mins for a refill can be aggravating especially when the music is blaring through the speakers. Despite the affordability and the quality of the food, it's not worth it if the atmosphere isn't that great as well
Jan 2022: Loved the Cheeseburger and the Truffle pizza with the pizza being the highlight of our meal, I wouldn't recommend the Porkchops with Mashed potato. I found the mash bland and gritty and vaguely remember what the porkchop tasted like. And although their portions are large they still are a tad expensive. Thankfully, they hand out complimentary chips and salsa as an appetizer.
The restaurant has good implementations of health protocols (contact tracing and menu all through a simple QR scan that only takes a minute or less and sanitizers at each table)
Also piece of advice, think carefully before availing of their bistro card, you probably wont be visiting...

After over 2 years of not eating a good American steak I decided to visit the TGIF at the Robinson's Galleria Mall Cebu City. My mouth was watering thinking of a juicy medium rare Ribeye steak. We sit at the table, receive our menus and I quickly search for the steaks. I find the page and there's a Ribeye and a Sirloin on the menu. I was very excited till I saw the price and then my jaw hit the floor. 1,650 pesos (32 American dollars) very over priced for a 10oz steak. I ended up choosing the half rack of ribs with a Cesar salad while my wife chose the chicken fingers. Okay here's the problems with the food we received. Cesar Salad: 350 pesos (7.00 USD) Arugula with a sweetened dressing and sliced grapes. No parmesan, croutons or cesar dressing. Very disappointing! Chicken Fingers w/ French fries: This was an okay dish but the chicken fingers weren't crispy, they were actually kind of soggy and limp. It's kind of hard to mess up chicken fingers but they managed to figure out how. Half Rack ribs: 680 pesos (13.00 USD) I was very disappointed, my half rack of ribs were all bone and no meat. The meat was all trimmed off on the top to the bone. The only available meat was between the bones. All in all I had a terrible experience at TGIF Robinson's Galleria Cebu City. Read more3 stars for the food. Service was terrible. Arrived and no one seating but the place was 2/3 full. Spent 10 minutes walking back and forth between indoor outdoor and smoking area. Finally took a table in the smoking area even though we and friends were meeting dont smoke.fortunately it wasn't so busy in the smoking area. All service was horribly slow and in the area we were in 2 new trainees and one experienced staff.terribly slow and not trained for peak hours ... staffing was just inadequate. The experienced staff was Angel and she was good but had too much to handle due to poor staffing/management. I had to go get someone 3 times for little things that should just be there. Asked for a straw for my partners messy drink and told none? They said no plastic straws.. which is for the environment.... great so wear are the paper straws??? 'No stock'.....seriously how badly does a restaurant have to be managed to run out of straws. Anyway you get the picture.... everything was a hassle... and we tried to be patient. Feel sorry for the staff. We eat veggie so had the only veggie entree on the menu which was pasta. It was quite good And the kale caesar salad was delicious. Too bad the service was so frustrating. Paid by CC and used chip and pin and the water is telling me we have to sign also ( which is meaningless with a PIN) .... said that HR insisted.... it was laughable. Lucky the chefs seem good and the location is good but this place is poorly managed and would not last a month outside the Philippines.... if we didn't enjoy the food they would...
