CIBO - Ayala Center Cebu L1 — Restaurant in Cebu City

I'm italian, i ate in Cibo few hours ago and i'm disappointed. The price Is not balance with the food! With my GF we ordered Chips with Mayo, pasta with ossobuco, pizza 5 formaggi. 1 - the Chips were mushy 2 - Pasta was fine, not really bad, but with the price I was expecting something more 3 - pizza...700 PHP for a bland pizza! Gorgonzola, parmesan, and other good cheese that it's impossible to taste... The dough Is fine but It seems to eat only bread covered with mozzarella and a little kick of cheese, irrelevant.

The restaurant Is not even a cute place where u want to spend a nice moment with someone, only a lot of tables, uncomfortable.

The place really gave me a great first impression, the design of the resturant was fresh and the staff was helpful. Actually as the evening moved on I was incredibly impressed with the staff service here, i would really give my waiter a 5 star. But after i received my pasta, my first thought was actually that it really seemed like an amateur-like dish i would make at a saturday with little to none ingredients. I complained that the pasta was too salty which it really was, it was almost too salty to even eat. My friends liked the view from our table. Unfortunately, that was the only thing we enjoyed from that experience. Way too overpriced and the service was disappointing. The food was not at all worth it, portion and taste-wise. The server "Ken" forgot 2 out of 4 of our food. He wasn't even apologetic about it. Is it not the waiter's job to pay attention and follow-up? Even upsell? Was he not wondering why two of my friends didn't have food to go with their drinks?
