One of the worst pizzas I have ever tried… I don’t even know if I can call it “a pizza”. Rather go to Vita Bella restaurant - portions are smaller but pizza is amazing and it is cheaper. Food: We ate pizza named “That’s why” and THAT’S WHY I can not recommend it. We asked to make pizza a bit crispier (and to make 100% sure it will be so) - when they brought it, it was soft and has zero of crispness. We asked them if they could take it back and put it for a bit longer in the oven, they said they can not. Ingredients were poor and tasteless (basically like a soft bread with tomato sauce). We ate half of the pizza, and left the rest for the morning, just to have some snack for a day trip. Was equally bad. Size of pizza: We ordered a small one. It is not small, but I would rather have a small pizza with enough of ingredients than a bigger pizza with not enough and bad ingredients. Waiting time: 45-60 minutes. You have to go to order your pizza at the counter and pay in advance. Price: Very expensive for what you get. If you choose to do your own pizza, for a very basic one, it will easily reach 20 dollars for a small size pizza. Service: There was only one older lady, which was nice. All of the rest seem pretty much careless. As I wrote, they didn’t even bother to make pizza crispy, as it was requested from the start. They put random people to sit on your table, without asking you. For example, 2 of us sat on table with number, on one side (as we like to sit next to each other), and they placed 3 other (unpleasant) people on the opposite side of our table without asking. Location: Located in the center.

This place is full of people, we thought they will serve good pizza. Attached picture is a 1100 pesos worth pizza. The owner states that they have new staff in the kitchen thus not proper toppings were placed (that is why the genius is justfying the less amount of anything which was supposed to be on the pizza). Well, if you give us 500 pesos back (we are willing to pay 600 for a lot of thin bread and a couple of toppings which can be counted + excessive tomato sauce, which was disappointing) because of your staff’s mistake, we would be even. Why should we just accept your apologetic statements without any proof or compensation? So if you will apologize, please keep it to yourself, unless you give us our money back which obviously you did not deserve. Edit: Your Customer left the city one day after this was originally posted. You get the benefits of having a restaurant on a busy street. If you would be genuine about your business, you would propose this to us directly (in the first comment), without waiting for me to propose you. It is as serious as it gets. I mean, look at that pizza. What a great owner and service you guys provide. I can give you a paypal account which you can transfer the money. Would you be ok with it? We cannot fly 20 hrs to get 600 pesos. I am serious, but even if you give the money (which you dont deserve), this post and your, imo, weird edit will stay here for future people to see

This is not the usual Italian resto as they offered "no meat" pizza and pasta. I ordered pesto cream pasta which taste good but for me the hand made pasta did not compliment well with it. And for the pizza bianca, it is bland and dry which needs improvement considering its expensive. (p.s. I read some review and you need to put some oil in your pizza... but I cant remember there is available one in our table and no staff even assisted). To answer the response: I just learned about the "oil" you are serving after my research what could be possibly missing. No customer would know that unless it is provided like when you put condiment (salt) in the table at the time you served the pasta which totally makes sense as your pasta lacks saltiness (Im not saying your pasta is bad). Im not even sure why the pizza is dry as I just paid for it and dont prepare/cook it. P. S. It is okay to make a mistake. But justifying it and would make your customer feels like it is at our fault is a No No. You pizza is one of the expensive in the area even it seems like the components could not justify it. So please expect high expectation from your customer.
