We tried the Bao Bo Salad at ChaoChao Ramen & Bao, and it was absolutely fantastic! The salad was a perfect balance of fresh ingredients with a delicious, tangy dressing that complemented the crisp vegetables beautifully. The addition of protein, like the tender chicken or tofu, added great flavor and texture.

It was light yet satisfying, making it a great option if you're looking for something healthy but still flavorful. The presentation was also beautiful, with vibrant colors and a clean, modern look. This salad is the perfect side dish or even a meal on its own if you're looking for something refreshing in El Nido.

We also tried the dumplings, and they were absolutely amazing! The dumplings were perfectly steamed, with a delicate, soft wrapper that held a flavorful filling. Each bite was a perfect balance of savory and umami, and the dipping sauce that came with it added an extra layer of flavor.

Whether you're a fan of pork, chicken, or even vegetarian fillings, there's something for everyone. The portion size was generous, and they were served hot and fresh. These dumplings were the highlight of my meal — I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Highly...

Pretty bad ramen taste like packet - sour mushroom.. editing this to give you more constructive criticism since you asked. I am not trying to be rude, but you claim this is Tonkatsu ramen, the broth was brown and nowhere near the color you would expect from what is labeled as such, which should be creamy and almost white- not opaque. Aside from the color, the broth tasted like it was from a packet, and the chicken based ramen my partner ordered was nearly same taste and color. The chasu pork was not tender, and instead, rubbery. It’s fine to advertise this as pork or chicken ramen but they are not the types advertise them as - and it came out looking nothing like the pictures on the menu. The gyoza was GOOD. My recommendation for you guys would be to clean the pork bones before, and slow roast them to get the creamy tonkatsu consistency you adversitse yours to be. Noodles were ok that was not the issue. Let me know if you would like to have any more...

First off I think they made great use of the tiny space that they have. The decor is cute, warm and inviting. The food was top notch. Had the fish bao, loved it. The slaw on top was the higlight of the dish, accenting the crispy batter of the fish. The bun was super soft and delicious as well. 10 out of 10. My partner had the chicken bao and that was tasty too. The sauce on that chicken should be bottled and sold, its so good. 🔥 Add a fresh glass of their calamansi juice/ iced tea and boom, great combo. The juice was so refreshing and light I would have it every day. On the way out I ordered the tofu bao to go and that was also a delight. The crispy crunchy tofu went well with the slaw and bun. Definitely would order that again and recommend to my vegan friends. All in all they get a 10 out of 10 from me. Great spot for a lunch or...
