La Pêcheuse Speedboat Tours El Nido — Local services in El Nido

We have been very disappointed by the tour and by the boat team. First of all, the groups did not book the same tour. We did book a combined A + B and so did the other couple with kids but the 3rd couple booked A + C The boat team said that the tour scheduled was A + C but the majority pushed for A + B. This is complete disorganisation. Then about the tour at the end, we did not have the combined tours as we have not been to 7 commandos and the some other place from Tour A as the boat team considered not relevant.... Or too crowded. But this was not announced to the group, I just understood when asking about it. On details, the big lagoon is a scam as the only way to get in after paying the 200 fee is kayak as swinning is forbidden. So we have been charged 500 PHP for a kayak. This is ridiculous as this should be announced in advance and Included on the price as the fee entrance as the only option is kayak or staying on board. The lunch arrived at 10.50 am which is not a lunch time in the Philippines or anywhere else in the world and another 100 php were requested for a table for lunch which again is a mandatory fee if not you can eat on the sand.... Snake island was a disaster stop as the tide was high so no interest and nothing to see. The advantage and the premium price of a speedboat is the flexibility and ability to be on the spots differently but this is difficult to understand why the team chose that time at that specific hour. After complaining to the team, they have accepted to go to a snorkeling place like in Turtle island but on a hurry mode. At the end the team was very pushy to go back to the harbour so at 3pm we were already back as probably the boat team has other plans for the afternoon. When we arrived at el Nido harbour, the agent who came for the balance for cash, asked me how was the tour and I explained all this above... Apart from saying sorry, she did propose to join another tour tomorrow C + D when I was complaining about the quality of the tour. This is really not taking into account customer needs and feedback so really...

We hired the boat for a 1 day private tour of the islands and we had an amazing experience.

The little speedboat is perfect for a small group wanting to avoid the crowds. It travels much faster than the normal boats which means you can get to places not visited by the usual tour operators.

The crew of 3 were amazing, they really looked after us and definitely made our experience even better, well done fella's.

I contacted the company via Facebook and then WhatsApp and was quickly and easily able to book a tour for the following day.

I would certainly recommend La Pêcheuse to anyone...

Not recommand. Expensive. But we were quiet sometimes alone in most of the spots. Booking tour A & B the 16 th april. We cannot do secret lagoon because of the movie. They don't know that before 😅 we didn't went to another nice place... captain drive to fast you cannot enjoy the view and It's not confortable. Boat is ok. we were 6 people. Food is good. No enough water. You have a "guide" on board, I do nothing special from us. Team not really sympathic. El Nido is so touristic. I'm.not sure the other company...
