Kusina Tsina — Restaurant in Iloilo City

Tried this restaurant on a Friday night and there was a crowd inside as well as outside.

They serve Chinese food that seems authentic enough. We ordered Birthday misua, hainanese chicken, salt and pepper squid, shark’s fin, siomai and hakaw. I particularly liked the birthday misua and salt and pepper squid which tasted really authentic. The serving size is also big and the service is fast and attentive.

The only downside to our visit are the dumplings. Although they tasted okay, they were not really that hot when they served it. So the wrappers felt a bit starchy to the mouth since they weren’t as hot as they were supposed to be. Mas mainit pa yung siomai house.

I recently dined at this Chinese restaurant and was truly impressed! The dim sum selections were absolutely delicious—each bite full of authentic flavor. I especially enjoyed the spare ribs with taosi; they were tender and well-seasoned. The seafood roll was also a standout, packed with fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly.

The buchi had a great texture—crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy inside, just how it should be. To top it all off, the mango shake was refreshingly sweet and creamy, a perfect way to end the meal.
