Sot Ddu Kung — Restaurant in Iloilo City

Wanted to try out since we've been passing by this place for some time now and expected it to be pricey given the interior. We were not expecting unli option which was great! First came the ban chan which tasted good and plenty (we did not get another refill as it was too filling with the meat and all). The meat slices were tthhiiiccc! Ya'll wasn't expecting the cuts. Very satisfying!! Defo reccommend! Very few options though with marinated ones (if you're into those). But since I like unflavored meats for grilling, this was a win. Found near District 21 Hotel, you simply have to walk from there to get there (both ways), which is a good exercise to burn off what you ate. It's also near Deserts in Heaven, so you could go there for desserts after. The food is good and the price is reasonable. Their staff are also very attentive and helpful and the owner was also pretty nice. The ventilation inside could do some work though. Even though only two tables were occupied at the time we were there, a light haze of smoke was visible. It didn't impede our dinner, but it could be bad if there were more...

After an afternoon walk I passed by to this restaurant. I saw their ad "unli sangyupsal!" Only for 299 pesos you can enjoy eat all you can pork meat, veggies and 4 assorted sides. Servers are so welcoming and tending us really well. You have this button that will let the servers know if you need something on your table. They also have an authentic and a healthy korean cookware that is not toxic or carcinogenic. I would definitely return to try other options...
