Ribshack Festive Walk Iloilo — Restaurant in Iloilo City

This is the worst branch I’ve been with, poor management and lack of customer service also unhygienic place and rude staff.

The place is a complete chaos and its chicken inasal were half cook blooded. Instead of eating and enjoying my food since I was craving for it my whole day was a disaster and the fact that we ordered 5pcs and the same as it has blood inside only means that this branch and its Management on the kitchen suffice that this branch is never a go to branch anymore and lack of supervision to its area. Also to add, the staff is too rude in handling each customer from Cashier to crew that instead of enjoying your food everyone has its own drama.

While for the chicken inasal (which Ilonggos are proud of), the chicken nor the skin is so bland, im telling you this is not the chicken Inasal I was expecting the flavor knowing its price and had it on other branches...
