I recently had the pleasure of dining at Angels Pizza and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Let's talk about the star of the show – the pizza! Oh, what a delight it was. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The sauce had just the right balance of tanginess and sweetness, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. Each bite transported me to pizza paradise!
The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to all taste preferences. Whether you're a fan of classics, a meat lover craving a loaded carnivore's delight, or a vegetarian seeking unique flavor combinations, this place has got you covered. The ability to customize your pizza with a vast array of toppings was a pleasant bonus.
The service at Angels Pizza was friendly and attentive. The staff members were knowledgeable about the menu and were quick to assist with recommendations. Our server was prompt in taking our orders and ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The overall dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and casual, making it an ideal spot for a gathering with friends or a casual family dinner. The décor was tastefully done, and the seating arrangements were comfortable. The open kitchen concept allowed us to catch glimpses of the skilled pizza artisans crafting their masterpieces.
While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few minor areas where Angels Pizza could improve. The waiting time for our order was slightly longer than expected, and the noise level in the restaurant during peak hours made conversation a bit challenging. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Angels Pizza to all pizza enthusiasts looking for a delectable dining experience. The mouthwatering pizza, friendly service, and cozy ambiance make it a must-visit establishment. I will undoubtedly be returning to sample more of their delightful creations....
Read moreBy far the worse experience I had with Angels. I’m a fan of Angels Pizza and often order it online or dine in. However, this experience made me think of this. We ordered chicken wings, thin crust pizza and since I got the card we also got a medium pizza. They made a mistake with the chicken wings, instead of 1 order only - it was punched as 2 orders. Cashier said they can’t cancel since it was punched already and I also used my debit card (I let it go, it’s alright.👍🏻) My mother complained to the staff regarding the wings that we got, we approached them nicely fyi. The chicken was old and it seemed like it was frozen and defrosted several times, you’d smell it and you can also see the bones are kinda black already. They got pissed and claimed it was the flavour, it was parmesan cheese smell and not because the chicken was bad. (We can’t do anything about it since they won’t do anything about the issue, so we didn’t eat it and just asked it to be take out for our dogs.)
I can let go of the fact that we were unlucky with the chicken and all, thinking maybe it’s just bad luck. But to add salt to the wound? The staff started being rude on us due to this complain. The stare, the murmurs and bad treatment continued til we left. 💔 My kid said goodbye and thank you to the staff as we left but no one even said goodbye back and thank you, they continued staring at us badly til we got outside.
Worse experience so far with Angels! I still love your thick crust pizza, and will be ordering it still and dining in at your Banilad branch but never again to...
Read moreThe pizza was good, and the prices were reasonable.
However, our experience with the staff, particularly with someone named A*, was disappointing.
We used the Angel’s Pizza card to avail the Buy 1 Take 1 promo. Initially, I requested both pizzas to be thick crust, but I changed my mind right after and asked if one of them could be thin crust instead. A* responded in a very unprofessional tone, saying the order couldn’t be changed anymore because it had already been placed.
A few minutes later, we noticed a foreign customer whose mistaken order was voided and corrected—proving that changes could still be made. This inconsistency was frustrating.
I also informed A* that we would be dining in, but later asked if the pizza could be boxed up since we couldn’t finish it. Again, her tone was dismissive, and she spoke in a rude manner (“nag yawyaw” in Bisaya).
Overall, while the food was okay, the customer service experience made our visit unpleasant. I hope the management can look into this and help improve how customers...
