We had a dinner tonight and ordered; Fried chicken, burger steak, spaghetti, sundae and a coke. So my issue is that after we got our order, we immediately spotted the flaws of our food. First being, the burger steak, the burger steak gravy or sauce isn't fresh, it looks like it wasn't cooked after we placed our order and it feels like it was stored some where because it tastes off and doesn't feel like it was cooked minutes before our order. Second is the spaghetti, the spaghetti sauce and spaghetti has the same issue with the burger steak, it is not fresh and tastes off. The third issue I spot is, our coke doesn't have ice in it, it was lukewarm, it has a room temperature, I honestly just can't comprehend how there was a shortage of ice in this jollibee, we tried to ask for ice but the crew said there isn't no ice so we had to drink our warm coke. It was not good to say the least, please make sure there's ice next time, a warm coke doesn't taste good. The final issue I have is that, for some reason there wasn't utensils we can use and we had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to wash 4 spoons, how does that even make sense? It's 4 spoon utensils and it took that long for someone to wash it?
Please cook fresh food next time, the type of food that's warm, not cold, and also the ice, it's just confusing how this place doesn't have an ice or freezer to that matter, the warm coke felt so terrible. Read moreI have been dining in this branch quite a lot of times even though I always have terrible experiences here. I always keep in mind that i must respect everyone especially fastfood workers and I know to myself that fast-food, most of the time has crowds of customers, however my respect and patience have limitations. Imagine, on a long queue for almost 30 minutes and when it's your time to take your order, the manager just blatantly told me and the other customers to go to another queue since they will be doing something important. But, this is not the situation which heightened my anger, it's when the manager and her group accepted and entertained, taken foreigner's orders while us, not. Not only this, but also the waiting time, it took me almost 'forever', an hour-considering the volume of customers, but an hour is seriously unacceptable. Read moreThe worst Jollibee ever. The queues are insanely long. On one occasion when I happened to be just the 3rd in line, it took more than 10 minutes before my order was taken. The front liners made numerous errors (in all the 3 counters that were open), repeatedly calling for a higher-up to void the transaction. They are slow to serve the food as well. When I arrived in line, it was 9:58am. My order was finally taken at 10:11am. This is just 1 of the numerous incidents. Also, after ordering and paying for an order, i was told that my order was not available. It is constantly this way. The order was for a palabok. The branch's drive-thru lane also has a slow turn--around. A line that is only 3 cars deep will take 15minutes for the 3rd card to be served. I emailed Jollibee to voice my concern, no response.
