Shakey's — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

The food was good, but the service was horrible. Was seated at 10:30am, waited 15min for a server to come take our order only to be told that some things on the menu they didn't do, like bottomless drinks. Placed our order and was told that it would be 25 min. but the place was almost empty. Got half of our food and ate while waiting for the rest. Here the waiter, who was running around like a chicken with his head cut, off forgot to placed part of the order. Waited longer as the lunch crowd and graduation people came in and waited longer. Finally brought the check but lost our super savers card. After 15 more mins got a super savers card to find out when we got home it was not ours. Not it is another trip to Basak. Next time I will go back to...

Too many items on the menu not available and the server brought me 2 shakers of black pepper after I asked from crushed red pepper (pepper flakes). The servers English was terrible and came to me with a hand written not offering me the chance to get a super savers card for more than I would save on our meal which I was not interested in.

I like shakey's but will never visit this...
