Worst dining service ever! We went on a Monday evening at 6pm and both restaurants were fairly empty. The menu for Paris City Cafe looked good so we chose to sit and order there. There were two other tables of customers, a group of 6 already eating and a couple waiting for their meals. We are a group of 3 and ordered the Caesar salad, poached salmon and 2 aglio olio shrimp. The Caesar salad arrived fairly quick and it was good. About 10 minutes later 1 aglio olio shrimp entree arrives but not the other 2 entrées. After waiting 15 minutes we ask for our waitress and she cannot be found so another waiter assists us to check on our orders. He returns 5 minutes later to say that our meals are being plated. After waiting another 10 minutes we ask the same waiter to check on our meals again to which he replies, it’s being plated. Plated means the food is already cooked and waiting to be served. Another 10 minutes of waiting I decide to go to the cashier counter and ask to speak to the manager to which the cashier (male) responds “what’s the problem?” I explain the situation that we received only 1 of 3 entrées and are waiting over 30 minutes for the remaining 2 entrées, he responds by saying the kitchen is busy. I respond that there are only two other tables and they already received their meals and we are still waiting having received 1 meal 30 minutes earlier, how can you be busy? He rudely responds saying “that’s not true”. Another 12 minutes of waiting the remaining 2 entrees arrived, poached salmon was very salty, the aglio olio shrimp pasta cold from waiting 42 minutes and not once did the wait staff refill our water glass. How you treat customers and respond to problems makes all the difference, sad to say Paris City Cafe is a failure.

Very disappointed with our experience. The food was not good, the service was poor, and the staff were disrespectful. They only informed us about closing time after we had already placed our order, and while we were still eating, they turned off the lights, clearly rushing us out. And to think that we ordered alcoholic drinks first — they should’ve anticipated that we would take time to enjoy our food and drinks. They should have informed us before taking our order. How can anyone reasonably be expected to finish multiple dishes and drinks in just 30 minutes? To make matters worse, the staff who reminded us was already dressed to go home, not even in uniform. It felt like they just wanted us out quickly. We felt rushed, unwelcome, and honestly disrespected despite paying a significant amount for the meal. While we understand that we arrived little late around (9pm), still, If you can’t accommodate customers due to time constraints, say so before taking their order. Basic courtesy and respect should always come first. Definitely not coming back. P.S. The first attached photo was taken inside the establishment because they had already turned off the lights where we were eating (as seen in the second photo, taken outside).

Service was good. The staff are very accommodating and are really helpful. The food we ate was outright fantastic. Even our American boss was thrilled and happy on the experience. We are a group of 12, but the food servings were big enough that it did not just made us super full, we even had to request for take out for there are still alot left. It was a winner meal and we did not feel embarssed serving it to our visitor. It could have been better though if they did not rush in giving the food to us. Because, our visitor came in a few minutes late. We so wanted him to see how the food was delivered and eat them at least piping hot. But they said, thay had a party of 80 and could not do so. But then again, I understand them, a leway for this situation could have been given since we also made reservations just like the other guys. I love all of the food served, from the boodle fight meal, to the bulalo, sisig, binagoongan, paco salad, and leche flan. All were the best. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Definitely, our go to place to bring our guests.

Orders: Laing Fish and Chips Baked Salmon Halo-Halo Iced Matcha

The atmosphere is good, very Instagramable. Food is okay, but overall experience is bad. Would highly NOT recommend it unless you're killing time. Food will be served in installment. Was the first customer at around 11:30AM, was able to complete ordering at around 11:35AM, we already expect that there will be a 20mins wait time due to the nature of our orders even though were not informed. First dish (Laing) was served 11:45AM, then the wait staff informed us that the others will be out in 10mins which is fine 2nd dish (fish and chips) arrived around 12:05PM was already expecting the 3rd dish(salmon) to follow shortly but after 10 mins we asked the wait staff to follow-up the Salmon and she then informed us it would take another 10mins, we then asked for it to be canceled as it took too long and were almost done but she was informed that it's not allowed to cancel it as it's already getting ready for plating, and finally it was served at 12:30PM, we asked to speak to the manager, the manager kept on reasoning that the baking time was 20mins, we informed her that she should be keen on what is happening and not just sit in the cashier area. Other customers who arrived later than us were done eating and leaving while our last entree just arrived after 45mins the first dish was served. The manager deducted 100 from our bill to...
