Bonchon Chicken - Waltermart Makati — Restaurant in Makati

I’ve lost count on the number of times I’ve been to this branch wanting to eat bingsu but came out disappointed. One time we came in before lunch and we were told bingsu is served only after lunch. The next time we made sure to come in after lunch, it was around 3pm, but we were told there’s no bingsu. Another time it was around 1pm, still no bingsu. Same disappointing experiences a couple more times after that.

Now, why would you put a bingsu machine and bingsu posters all over your restaurant when you couldn’t even serve it? I think your bingsu machine has been broken for a while. Here’s a suggestion- why won’t you just permanently remove that dessert from your menu to avoid confusion. Or better yet, get a working bingsu machine. 🙄

Bonchon is a Korean-style fast food. I ordered the ultimate sizzling bibimbowl for only 235 pesos. There are options of either beef, chicken and seafood but I chose chicken. The service is fast and the food was good. But, I never expect the serving to be a bit small than what was shown in the screen. There is also a moderate noise within the area, I think due to the aircon but it isn’t too distracting.

Plus points that their “rice” is what I expected it to be. I’ve tried other fast-food chains and their rice tends to have that...
