Dining at I’m Angus Steakhouse was the perfect finale to my Aussie Lamb Food Caravan experience. Every dish highlighted the versatility and premium quality of Australian lamb.
We tried the Roasted Lamb Tenderloin with a fresh chili lime vinaigrette, the smoky and indulgent BBQ Lamb Ribs, the flavorful Char-Grilled Lamb Rump with herbed potatoes and pepper sauce, and the star of the night — the Garlic & Herb Marinated Lamb T-Bone, cooked perfectly and paired with vegetables and mash.
What impressed me most is how each cut of lamb was prepared differently, bringing out unique flavors and textures. It really proves how versatile Aussie lamb is — tender, nutritious, and always flavorful.

Read moreWe were surprised to find out that Saturday nights were promo nights for the prime rib roast beef meal, which included a hefty serving of your choice salad (Caesar or vinaigrette), prime roast beef, side dish (I chose sautéed mushroom) and a glass of house wine. The beef was a bit bland for my taste, so despite the mushroom gravy served with the meat, I chose to drizzle a little bit more of salt. Oh and the beef was a bit dry. Instead of the glass of wine, my husband and I chose to get the whole bottle of the Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon Misterio 2016, a full bodied red which had fruity flavors mixed with a metallic aftertaste. My mom wanted sea bass, and it was unavailable so she looked for other orders and our waitress only offered the other fish order which was salmon, but there was actually another available menu item which was trout. So when we asked the waitress about it (already after ordering salmon,) she just said “hindi kasi namin alam kung masarap dahil bago siya sa menu.” Seriously? That makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. The fact that your server isn’t confident enough to suggest a new dish makes me a bit uncomfortable. On top of that, they got our bill wrong and service was pretty slow in general.
