I have bought my lunch here for a couple of days and I can say that it's a little disappointing.
Price is affordable but higher than most of its competitors in the area.
Quality of food is mediocre at best. The last meal I bought was so fishy, for a pork. Probably because of their seasoning but the fish taste and smell was so overwhelming that I couldn't eat it.
Service is okay. I have only bought take-outs and in my experience, you need to speak up as soon as you get there because there's no queue and they will not ask you for your order unless you're the only one left, which is unlikely.
I'm not sure about the hygiene but the meals are being served right in front of the customers without cover or anything. I saw a piece of plastic drop on top of the food and the server just picked it up with her bare hands. No social distancing and there were a lot of people loitering and talking near the food.

This place serves up the best inihaw na liempo and inihaw na plapla you'll ever taste. The meat is always tender and flavorful, with that perfect smoky char that makes every bite irresistible.
Their caldereta is a must-try too—rich, hearty, and cooked to perfection. And don't get me started on the unli nilagang baka soup! It's the ultimate comfort food, with generous portions of tender beef and a broth that's simply to die for.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends. Plus, the prices are super affordable, so you can indulge without breaking the bank.
Overall, Sosing's Carinderia is a gem. If you haven't been, you're...
