Disappointing Experience – Not Coming Back

We were excited to try this Vietnamese restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The pho smells more like tinola than traditional pho and was overly salty. While the serving size was generous, the taste didn’t make up for it.

Service was a major disappointment. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty during our visit, the staff seemed more interested in chatting and laughing than attending to customers. Our fried spring rolls arrived long after we had already finished our pho, and my husband even had to get water himself because no one was paying attention.

Today I came at 9.20 pm. My order arrived at 10.10 pm. I saw 2 Banh Mi order passed through to a couple that arrived much later than I am.

The owner did not say sorry. She just said the order will come in shortly. Then it took another 15 mins to arrive.

There is no apologies, there is no discount for their lack of services. I don’t mind IF their staff keep coming and say sorry for the late and explain the situation, BUT they did not do that. All are scared to come and explain what went wrong and no one explains why it took 50 mins for my food to arrive. RIDICULOUS SERVICE! EXPENSIVE AND LOW...

Me and my sister were craving for Pho noodles. I was somewhat sick and really needing a healthy soup, so we thought a Pho is a very good option. Food Order was a little difficult as we have to find the waitress like where is she/he? The wait time for food is about 20 minutes. I was a little upset as all the things we need is not on the table.
