I’m so happy I was able to find this cute hidden gem in Boracay. After a couple of days here, I was craving really good pasta and after searching around online, I stumbled on “fresh pasta” and I instantly had to check it out. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I made reservations (recommend you do this) Stella even greeted us outside to her little humble abode/restaurant. She sources ingredients, prepares, and cooks everything herself and does it with a smile. She was very welcoming and warm even having conversations about her time in Italy. Her main show is her food!! The fresh pasta is all made by her and came out perfectly al dente. It’s an unassuming little place down the road from CityMall in Diniwid Beach and away from the bustle of the stations so don’t be worried that you might be in the wrong area. If you’re craving for great pasta there is no better Italian food in the island quite like Trattoria Stella.

Five stars! Our friends from back in Sydney recommended this place and we are so glad we made it out of the Shang to eat here. Don’t be it off by the approach, Trattoria Stella is a true hidden gem serving genuine fresh Italian pasta down a tiny back road in Boracay. The food was delicious and Stella, a single mum, is a super woman making the fresh pasta by day and then, by night, welcoming customers, taking orders and cooking these amazing dishes all at the same time. She was ably assisted by Michelangelo, her very chatty 5 year old son, who kept us very entertained. Make sure you book - the restaurant has about 8-10 covers only, which makes it all the more special. This was a highlight of our trip to Boracay. Thank you Stella and Michelangelo. Gavin and Eric, Sydney.

HOME MADE PASTA! A family owned restaurant situated far from the busy area of Boracay. I was intrigued by the good reviews so I had to go and try their pasta. From Dmall, you can get there by a tricycle and drop off at City mall. You can find it by walking towards Diniwid beach for 10 minutes. You can also walk from the white beach to Diniwid. I was warmly greeted by their staff and soon met the owners. They were a lovely couple and their son is so adorable. It was a friendly and cozy vibe. The espresso coffee was strong and delicious. Just my type! 👌🏻 The ravioli was another level! It tasted authentic and delicious! I wanted to try the dessert but too bad coz it was not available. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends!
