Location||||What I love?||- The property offers a less-crowded beach compared to Station 1-3. ||- ‎Tricycles can be easily hired few steps outside the beach house if you want to go to White Beach. ||||||Room||||What I love?||- We booked the Deluxe Room with Balcony (Seaview), and we had a comfortable stay.||- Since the balcony is facing west, it is recommended to utilize it before noon. We really enjoyed our morning coffee here. || ||What to improve?||- During rainy days, guests will surely appreciate hot shower. :)||||||Amenities||||What I love?||- The sand of Diniwid beach is not purely white fine sand (there are some small rocks along the shore), but the beach is definitely good for swimming. ||- Several beach chairs are also available along the shore. ||||||Food||||What I love?||- The Beach House Boracay doesn't have a restaurant but there are several restaurants nearby like Spiderhouse and Mama's Fish House. ||||||Service||||What I love?||- The people from the front desk were friendly and accommodating. ||- Free drinking water was available near the front...

The staff are really helpful, I requested a bday surprise for my dad and they were able to pull it off, decorated the room and bought cake. They are very professional when emailing and getting infos as well. |||The room - ok-ish,need some renovation/reconstruction. view is great! since I booked sea view room. The hotel is just right I from the of the beach.|The wifi connection isn't that good as well from our room but outside is ok. |May I suggest, that the staff turn on the fridge & aircon prior to guest arrival it creates more comfortability to the guest when they open the room. :) |||Location- if you want a location for a quiet holiday, this is a good choice, it's affordable as well, I booked mine through expedia, with airfare package. |But it's really far from the main stream area (D'mall), we always take trike which cost PHP150 every ride. Bit of a mission from Manila: domestic terminal airport (various airlines ie Cebu, PAL, SkyJet), 40 min flight to Caticlan, transfer to Jetty Port, boat across to Boracay, then bus to resort. I'd heard Stations 1-3 were quite busy/very commercialised so opted to go a bit further north to Diniwid Beach and glad we did. Reception & staff so friendly & helpful, we got an Executive Beach view room (could jump from balcony to beach front!) huge rooms with 2 dbl beds, TV, balcony, aircon unit, Bathroom with shower & a fridge. Hotel connected with a small restaurant/bar on the beach with own tables & sunbeds - free for use by guests. Admittedly, we ended most of our nights next door at the MicroTel which had a bar, pool, lounge seating and made lovely cocktails & food.
