Surprised to see a good size mall in Boracay. There are interesting shops and restos and grub hall on one floor and hotel on another level. The prices are also same as nationwide, not jacked up like other places in Boracay.

Hi! I'd like to ask if the Happy Go Department Store is part of The Shoppes at Station B? (If not, I'll delete my review as this is just a direct complaint to the department store.)

I couldn't find the customer care email address of Happy Go Department Store, so I'll just leave a review here.

I have been a regular customer of the said department store, but what I encountered today is unacceptable.

Me and my sister were happily shopping for my niece's drawing materials, I then went to pay the cashier, and as I was about to hand my receipt to the exit guard, he rudely told me that he will check our bags.

Mind you, this is not the first time I went shopping with a BAG and I was NEVER EVER CHECKED UPON EXIT.

I kindly handed him our receipt but he instead, insisted to check our bags first, as if we stole something. What's that supposed to mean???

I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am still overthinking and stressing why he have to be so rude. If he ever really needs to check our bags because of a Protocol, at least be NICE. This is such an...

Does not allow hats (Wich is rediculous), guard is following you around to make sure you don't have it on and being rude, yelling at me and acting like they have to babysitt their customers. Will only accept cash, but will continuesly asking for coins, even though I told them I dont have any. The lines are long. Don't waste even a few minutes of your life in this store, it's not worth it. This is for happy go store, but more like you are happy to get out. But I'm happy they got their priorities right, they really make sure your hat stays...

They are not liable in the package counter but insist you have paperbags put there. We came from the beach with no pockets and money and phones in our hands. We bought something in handy man and put our stuff in the paperbag. The next store refused us to go in because we didnt want to leave the paper bag. Isnt the package counter for the convenience of the shopper? If something is missing i have to just accept it? Can the security not check my paperbag afterwards as i have all the...
