food is a hit or miss. pastas are meh but pastries are top-notch. i love their quesadillas. their breads are crispy and new unlike the barn resto that’s soggy and sad. drinks are actually good. atmosphere is fine but it gets crowded often but that’s fine considering how many tables they have to try and accommodate everyone.

i don’t understand why customers here complain about lousy and rude service if they themselves are rude to servers too? just ask for an update about your drink. stop overstaying for hours on end. arrive on the next day if they are closed for an important meeting. tell them if the order is wrong. in my case they would fix it right away and i won’t have to wait for more than 25 minutes.

i can’t believe someone would actually rate this cafe a 1 star simply because the wifi got slow on a busy day or they got closed for an emergency discussion. this is discouraging for new customers.

people make mistakes and that’s fine. i really feel sad for these employees who always try to give their best and smile every single day in a 24 hour cafe trying to give everyone their coffees. they...

We went there around midnight, and they still had many customers. The interior was great. it had a forest-like vibe. There were plenty of seats, and the place was clean, especially considering the late hour. The staff were polite, and we appreciated the cashier in particular. She made an effort to process our food order even though the kitchen was about to stop accepting orders.

We ordered matcha and chocolate drinks, along with blueberry and caramel pecan cheesecake. Everything was delicious and not overly sweet. Their quesadillas were also good, especially with the sauce.

Overall, the café is great, perfect for catching up with friends or going on a...

Very overpriced. Food is not at par with the value. So are the drinks. Ordered a matcha latte for 200 pesos but all i taste is sugar and milk that tastes like green Bear Brand. Service is also bad! We asked to have our order for take out, but when they were packing our order, we noticed the lid was not closed properly so we asked nicely if they could fix it and the waitstaff just ignored us and handed our paperbag begrudgingly. If you’re charging almost 500 pesos for food and 200 pesos for a drink, we expect at fair service at the very least. DO NOT GO HERE. MAGANDA LANG PERO THE FOOD AND THE DRINKS...

Spotted this gem of a cafe in Taft called Calle Cafe by Don Gabriel, and I’m so glad I did! The interiors are beautiful—very aesthetic and super Instagrammable. There are tons of charging outlets, which is always a bonus when you need to work or just relax with your phone. Unfortunately, they were about to close, so we only had time to try their croissant, which was delicious, and their matcha and chocolate drinks, both of which were okay. I’ll definitely be visiting their Tagaytay branch soon to try more from their menu. Highly recommend checking this place out!
