Ambience: This cafe easily gets crowded considering it's at a big intersection, near the LRT Station & universities, and many people somehow love expensive coffee if not just the ambience. Ambience is good for studying. Listen to music if you don't want to hear everyone else. Bring your chargers. Make sure chargers can reach the sockets. Please SHARE the sockets.

Beverages: The Roasted Marshmallow S’mores (May 2017) Frappuccino is back and delicious as ever! It's a very sweet beverage that I enjoy consuming at a steady pace. Water on the side balances everything. I still feel fruity flavors make perfect summer beverages but this one's very addicting.

The Midnight Mocha Frappuccino (April 2018) Darkness of the beverage was intriguing so I gave it a shot. On photo, it's nice! Judging by the taste, it's hardly any different from the Dark Mocha Frappucino. Sticking to the predecessor makes more sense after this first try.

The Tea-ramisu Frappucino (April 2018) It's got whipped cream and matcha crumbs that I loved eating off the straw. The matcha was creamy, tasty, addicting, and more interesting than their Green Tea Cream Frappucino.

My eyes are locked on the Midnight Mocha Frappucino.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Vito cruz at torre lozenzo on 3/15/2025 at 8:30pm, and I wanted to share some feedback about our experience.

The female cashier white skinned, short brown hair who assisted was very unprofessional , We found her attitude to be dismissive and it seems that she is a bit irritated with our presence and personality. We are the only customer at that time and we are still undecided about our orders, we took time to check the menu at it seems like she is in a bit of a hurry to take our orders, she sighed slightly, rolled her eyes. And it seem that she is playing with us she's trying to test us and ask if our order is for "dine in or take out" with all the Starbucks that we visit all cashier politely ask us if it is for "here" or to go"

Additionally, when handing me my order, there was no acknowledgment or thank you, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming.

Inaccessible wheelchair ramp. Idk how does a wheelchair works with its ramp that's too elevated same with strollers? Based on my experience brought my baby stroller, seen by the SG but doesn't care to give a hand. A lot of times I've been there but no warm welcomes/leave greetings. Too ungrateful employees inc SG. Everytime I went to grab something my little lad was there with me but how on earth people are impatient with this little lad who was roaming around in every corner in the shop due to his curiosity? I am offended with this kind of event. Eventually, was approached by the staff in a way that is unacceptable for me for the very first time in my 12 years of patronizing this loving coffee, I regretted it now..
