Hi! We just got home from work. Me and my partner decided to have our date at gerrys grill sm san lazaro since its newly opened at first everything was so fine even the receptionist but the food serving time wasnt met as it was said. They just having a not more than 10 tables occupied and why it may have took so long... then after that the food was served myg! It was just a rice. yes it was just a rice! but we got our uncooked. So we complained to the one of their servers 2nd time around still not yet finely cooked!!!! So the staff offered us for a complimentary food but she decided adobo rice and as she said they using different kind of rice fir that lmao! We order beef kare kare and sisig how could we enjoy the real taste of kare kare and sisig if you would be given us an adobo rice so we decided to cancelled everything and go home. The best Gerry’s Grill I’ve ever been to! Yung service nila top notch! From the door kay Ate Belle to sit us down, kay Kuya Noel our server and Kuya Mike na server din ata pero nagrun ng food namin AND nagserve pa ng soup for everyone sa table. They checked on us too pag serve ng food after few minutes making sure food was okay and if need pa namin ng anything (they checked on us more than once pa) Touching tables — superb!
