Jollibee — Restaurant in Manila

Food is what you expect from every other Jollibee branch. It was served quickly too.

For it's atmosphere, the ambiance was clean, however since it is located at a busy area, there were a lot of people, resulting in few litters and difficulty in cleaning, which is understandable.

For the service, information on the available and unavailable cashiers were not properly disclosed through a sign or something else. Online payments such as GCash or Maya were also unavailable dutring the time I visited, and was not disclosed as well, so make sure to bring cash when visiting. These two instances caused some...

Honestly, this branch has one of the slowest service. We experienced thrice of wrong orders and slow service here. There was a time they even tried to argue with my partner that it was what we ordered when it's clearly stated in our receipt. Latest is that they kept hearing our order wrong and punched the wrong order sa receipt. There wasn't any screen to see what we ordered so we ended up having whatever it is we paid for. Di rin samin inulit ung order namin. We know we came in on a busy hour like lunch or dinner but atleast try to keep our orders correct. We waited...

No problem about the food's taste, but their stocks always run out quickly, sometimes many of their items is not available. For the service, we get that the fastfood industry is an exhausting job but I don't think they perform well at least on par with other restaurants. The atmosphere oftentimes smells like dirty mops. Jollibee is my fave fastfood restaurant and I want them to perform better. Gonna make this review a 5 star one if...
