Welcoming, no issues. Checked at the door. Prices for pool tables are 100 pesos per hour. Drinks will average about the same. There are two floors of pool tables, so you can be pretty sure you will get one. The tables themselves are a bit above average for bar tables. Fairly clean, good clothing. Terrible pool cues though. However, outside of multiple fans, there is zero reprieve from the insane heat and humidity of Manila. The beer was mostly cold, accompanied by glasses and ice but you run the risk of consuming ice. If you're not a local, you are rolling the dice with the ice, so I skipped it and drank warm drinks. Staff was attentive and other patrons were indifferent to how out of place we looked. No side eye, no ill intents. Just people playing and minding their own. Overall not bad. Except that it is hotter and wetter than a hippo's mouth.

Lakay billiards is a great place to go to if you have money. The music could be better, and the drinks could be cheaper as well. Most people come here because they have no other choice if they have a budget. All in all, would be a better place to drink in if people would jam together and enjoy the music together "if" the dj could pick a better song to play. Right now, it could become better than what it is as of the moment.

Bar and billiards. Friendly waiters and bouncers. Sometimes, there's a DJ, on some days, you can do karaoke in front. People drinking there are mostly titos or students from nearby universities. More billiard tables on the second floor.

I was visiting it to check it out before the school season came. I ordered a bowl of crispy kikiam and a bottle of GSM Blue, alone mind you. The servers and bouncers were really nice. The music (when the people weren't singing in the karaoke) is pretty okay although I'd personally suggest more OPM. Its pretty ventilated as well as they require vaccine cards on entry. If you're someone who doesn't go to bars too often, Lakay Billiards is a safe place for you to go to.
