I've been to this restaurant Thursday morning (Sept. 20, 2018). 3 crews (1 man and 2 stupid lady) was looking at me very strange. 1 lady didn't gave me the menu, she asked me "what do you want sir?" Instead. I think the crew need to replace! The crew need a proper training and seminar on how to approach the customer and knows how to smile. To those of you who read this. Read moreI recently had lunch at this Max's location with my family for the first time, and the experience was a mixed bag. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a positive start. However, the parking situation was quite challenging with very limited spaces available in front. While the food was generally tasty, the tofu fries were disappointingly soggy. Another issue was the inconsistent service times; some meals arrived within 20 minutes, but others took as long as 45 minutes to reach our table. Food was cold, the famous whole chicken, cool to the touch and expensive for Manila prices.
