I have eaten here multiple times and as someone who is not even picky at where I eat, this place is a no go. Multiple times where I didn't get to pay because the cashless option can't print the receipt or the system is down (I am a student and my cash is only at gcash), multiple times where my order is missing something (not just the shake shake fries bag or flavor) but even the drinks but one thing sticks out to me is the how useless of taking the tent option (table service) is, tried it the first time and it worked but now everytime I go to eat here, (no surprise) I have to go down and take it; It's not even a busy time of day yet failed of doing the said service they want to provide to their customers, if only Google gave me the opportunity to give this place zero stars then I would've done it. The SLOWEST FAST FOOD restaurant in the city. The staffs are chilling, chitchatting, laughing and playing at work and doesnt care if there is a long queue. They dont pay attention to customers and orders. Took half an hour to give a meal. And they were not even in a rush to complete any orders. Kahit my food na ready, tambay pa din sila busy magtsismisan, tas malamig na ung pagkain. Mcdonald's crew are the best! Sharing this story of honesty: Upon entering, I drop my motorcycle keys before I order my usual mcdo breakfast. After I made the order, I went to the 2nd floor and waited 15 minutes for my food to be delivered and surprisingly, the crew handed the food along with the keys that I almost lost. The girl crew is so polite and asked if it was mine. of course, I responded and confirmed it with a big smile and super gratitude!
