McDonald's Lepanto — Restaurant in Manila

This is the only 24hr fastfood we saw near the universities since the nearby fastfoods was already closed, good thing they're still open since we came from the event nearby. The food is usual but good thing they have unlimited gravy that is accessible to all since some branches doesn't offer unli gravy to all (ex. Some branches doesn't give gravy if you ordered ala king chicken) e i have this weird combination of ala king sauce and gravy. Their plates are good because it is real plate and not that usual square plastic with paper as plate. We dine in at around 12am so some crews are already cleaning the other areas of the place, I like also they have a huge table that can accommodate large group since we are 10 people who dine in there. Crews are nice and accommodating and fast services.

But I hope they place a hand soap on their wash room also that time their hand dryer was closed idk if it's close for that hour only or it's really close but they should offer a good washroom for those customer who will dine at that hour because they are some customers that are too hygienic that even we use utensils, I still need to...

(Update nov 2023) letting people order and pay for items you do not have is unnacceptable. Sprite is basicly water, barely any taste. The sprite like is the price. Workers remove old crap from table yet din´t bother to actually clean it, everytime i need to clean all the grease and sauce and rice myself... Learn how to run a business, because after renovating this branch. Obviously nothing improved ! I would be ashamed if i was this manager ! ) Wish you could order from normal not breakfast menu in the morning... Bottem of tables probably never get cleaned. Since i got bubblegum or something stuck on my pants... (update jan 2024, sprite is still more water then sprite taste. Large drinks have same amount of drinks then medium or small just added...

Serving time takes too long. It’s good that they have a queueing system but customers’ orders still get served randomly and not by the number given. In one instance, I had to wait 20 minutes to claim my order of chicken mccrispy sandwich and fries meal. How can you call it fast food when I have to wait that long for my order to get served? The last straw was when I ordered a breakfast meal. It was a two piece chicken meal with egg and fried rice. The cashier even confirmed if the meal I was ordering was the one with egg to which I said yes. When my number was called, a two piece pancake meal with fried chicken was given to me.
