Customer Service is very slow.

Crews are not accomodating and do not listen to requests.

Inconsistent store policies. We politely asked for hot sauce but was declined.

Also, since we do not eat leg part, we requested for possible other parts..but were also declined.

Simple requests that made the crew upset for God knows why 😅

Staff are only consistent in one thing...pag simangot sa kausap 🤔

Mabagal na nga nakasimangot pa sayo. Haha one way to ruin your mood to eat.

Mind you hindi ito rush hour or anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

Change careers if you don't want this kind of job that requires...

Waited for 30 mins for my ordered FRIES and didn’t get anything. Next time they should ask the costumers if they’re willing to wait for that long, instead of letting them wait and saying that my orders will be read by 5 mins. ( ordered around 3:30 and i need to be back by mu school by 4. I ask them at 3:43 if my order is ready then the crew said that it’ll be ready by 5 mins waited till 3:55 and ask them again and they said they haven’t cooked it yet, like what? And my ordered shouldn’t take 30 mins for a fries and ube...

This branch should be managed and adhere to jollibbee's excellent service. Most of the time, only one cashier is assigned. Breakfast is always short of what should be served like hot choco becomes not available within the the alloted time for serving breakfast. Not all items are available at a given time. I hope...
