Warning to FUR PARENTS DO NOT BRING UR DOG HERE THEY ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY... We went to this branch today MARCH20 2022 at 6A.M. they have just opened we parked right in front of the store went down with all smiles and everything but we were denied entry so we begged and explained that we are just gonna choose what ingridients to be put on our sandwich and then my partner will head out first because he was the one carrying our FUR BABY SHIH TZU unfortunately THEY CHOSE NOT TO LET US ENTER so as my partner and i were talking that he will just stay in our car and wait for me order.. But we both noticed THAT THE PERSON WHO WE THINK IS THEIR GUARD IS ARROGANTLY STARING AT US FROM HEAD TO FOOT HE IS LOOKING AT US BOTH AS IF SAYING WHAT ARE YOU TWO STILL DOING HERE? I SAID NO! SO NO! LOOK.. i just whispered to my partner that i think we should just leave and not order anymore.. ITS SUPER SAD THAT WHILE DRIVING TOWARDS SUBWAY WE WERE SO EXCITED TO WHAT SANDWICH SHOULD WE CREATE FOR OURSELVES AND WE ALSO TALKED ABOUT WHAT SANDWICH WE ARE GOING TO ORDER FOR OUR FUR BABY BUT ALL THAT GOOD VIBES THAT WE HAD THIS EARLY WAS STEPPED ON BY THEIR SECURITY GUARD.. IM A BUSINESS OWNER TOO BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS WE WELCOME EVERYBODY YOUNG OLD RICH POOR WITH PET DOGS OR CATS OR SNAKE OR HORSE, ANYTHING THAT OUR CUSTOMERS CONSIDER A PART OF THEIR FAMILY ARE ALL WELCOME.. I recently visited your restaurant today at 12:36 PM, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience that I feel compelled to share. While ordering, the lady who was putting the sauce on my sandwich made fun of me for not pronouncing the word "Chipotle" correctly. What was even more upsetting was that she didn’t stop there—she then proceeded to laugh and talk to the cashier about my pronunciation, giggling afterward.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the behavior I experienced was unprofessional and unkind, especially considering that your restaurant is located within a hospital. Many of your customers may be going through difficult times or experiencing pain, and they are likely to be more sensitive in such a setting. A little respect and understanding would go a long way.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe it’s important for staff members to show empathy, especially in a place like this. I hope you can address this issue with the team, as no one should feel ridiculed during their visit.
