very rare place to have samgyupsal in front of the bay waters of Manila Bay. The view from the resto is magnificent specially during the sunset. Perfectly positioned in front of the manila yacht and PH Navy docks. Alot of photo opportunities within or in front of the establishment with perfect natural sunset lighting. Very well maintained for an al-fresco dining. No air-conditioning system but well ventilated with alot of big industrial fans to blow away the smoke and the heatwaves. The resto also follows strict health protocol and social distancing guidelines. Tables are really set very wide apart for your convenience. Great staff as you will be serviced by one waitress for every table so they could focus on your needs plus they are very accomodating. This establishment is a korean owned joint so food is legit. Tastewise is very satisfactory, though the side dishes is not that much (only four sides), they make up for the quality of meat. Tender, well marinated, above average portions per serving is the game while you enjoy the newly improved pristine waters of manila bay. Restrooms are kept neat as well. They also boast their own outdoor garden for you dine for non-syamgyupsal ala carte menu as well. Parking is not an issue, public parking is just behind the shop.

Food was alright, seemed decently marinated and without too much connective tissue. I had a few bad bits such as chewey or hard pieces but given it was unlimited grill that's fine.

They charge you for left overs so you need to watch what you get along with a time limit.

Staff weren't very good, we weren't told our ordered drinks weren't in stock for some time, not asked if we would like to order something else instead and then only some of us were given drinks while others were drinkless. We weren't given glasses for the water until we were essentially done with our meal.

We were told that you cannot have people ordering unlimited grill and ala carte sitting at the same table yet people at the neighbouring table were clearly eating pancit/fried rice alongside having the grill full of meat so that wasnt very good.

Ultimately I would consider going there again in future but, alongside the issues above and the people begging us for money from the street while eating out meal... I would go...

Sky Garden Staff are insensitive to the customer's needs. My family ordered 2 unlimited meals and a few ala carte dishes. My eldest son was so hungry as the wait time of our order is too long. We only ordered japchae, rice and squid. As my eldest son was patiently waiting, my wife gave him some rice from her unlimited meal and the waitress said it was not allowed and will have to pay additional 450, my 8 yr old son was surprised due to embarassment and cried. I then told the waitress that she could've brought the rice and noodles out and not wait for 30 minutes. Surely, the place has rice and japchae readily available.
