Mang Inasal - Harbour Square — Restaurant in Manila

Service was very poor, the guy manager on duty was not accommodating. During their peak hour only 3staffs were checking the orders, they said we need to get all our orders from the dispatch area but disappointed to see other tables were helped to serve. We have lot of orders and kids with us that's why we asked helped but it seemed that they don't want to help.

Chicken was served almost 50mins. Instead the guy manager apologize he even insisted that his right. Their are lot of guest waiting and angry already. Hope he learned how to manage manpower during peak days and hours for them to offer standard and quality service

The floor and area was so dirty, the comfort room was such a mess! They allow some beggars inside the store that customers feel uncomfortable and unsafe while eating.

First impressions, outside ,filthy out doors areas ,dirty leftover on tablets. Ground was. covered with rubbish ,indoor was no different , floor was filthy, serving area filthy , ovens , look filthy ,toilets filthy no water or toilet papers ,outside wash area absolutely filthy. I would not recommend this filthy unhealthy restaurant to anyone but philippinos that use to eat in this type of surrounding its shameful to the national to allow such places to be run as food outlet , "filthy toilet filthy kitchen " covered with rubbish , in dirty harbour stench, smells of swearage blankets the area .it lacks all the basic ...

Nice chicken chain restaurant. The grilled chicken was superb. Add the chilly oil, soy sauce, squeezed calamansi, and chilly padi. Eat the chicken dipped into the sauce and taste good. The pork bbq also taste good. They also provide sour soup that make the meal become more appetizing. The rice and the soup are unlimited. You can add as many as you want. Price was acceptable with that kind of good quality food. Location surrounded with other food chain restaurant. And all the workers are nice. Certainly will come to Mang...
