Harbour Square offers a lovely waterfront location with a variety of dining and entertainment options. However, it can get crowded, and visitors might face parking challenges and encounter inconsistency in the quality of services. Despite its drawbacks, it remains a popular destination for those looking to enjoy the Manila Bay view and have a good time with friends and family. Pros of Harbour Square: Scenic Waterfront Location: One of the standout features of Harbour Square is its picturesque waterfront location along Manila Bay, offering beautiful sunset views and a refreshing sea breeze. It's an excellent place for a leisurely stroll or simply relaxing by the water. Variety of Dining Options: The complex hosts a wide range of dining establishments, from local street food vendors to upscale restaurants, providing diverse culinary experiences to suit various tastes and budgets. Live Entertainment: Harbour Square often features live music and performances, creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere, especially during weekends and evenings. Shopping and Boutiques: Visitors can explore small shops and boutiques, offering unique and locally made products, making it a great place for souvenir shopping. Family-Friendly: Harbour Square is a family-friendly destination with a children's play area and open spaces for kids to run around, making it an excellent place for family outings. Cons of Harbour Square: Crowds: The complex can get quite crowded during peak hours and weekends, which may lead to longer wait times at restaurants and limited seating availability. Parking Challenges: Finding parking can be a challenge, as the available parking spaces can fill up quickly, especially during popular events and holidays. Aging Infrastructure: Some parts of Harbour Square might appear a bit dated or in need of renovation, affecting the overall ambiance of the area. Inconsistent Quality: The quality of food and service at the restaurants can vary, so it's essential to choose your dining options carefully. Traffic Congestion: Access to Harbour Square can be challenging due to traffic congestion, especially during rush hours, which can result in delays when traveling to and from the area.

Celebrated my bday here last night. Torn between this place or the one beside them. But we chose Seoulgyupsal as we are also craving for something Japanese food. However, choosing this place is the worst decision ever. 549 per person is not worth it. They served us spoiled Japchae! Me and my sister took a bite and I knew from the moment it touches my tongue that it was already spoiled. I’m a culinary school graduate and I have sense when it comes to food. I smelled the japchae and asked my mom, sister and my bf to smell it too and they all agreed to me. After that, I quietly called the server to tell them that the Japchae is spoiled. Then she just took away the leftover japchae and told me “Ganyan talaga yan” then she turned her back without acknowledging what I am complaining.Very rude staff and the quality of food really drops my expectations. Right now I dont feel good as I am having stomach ache all night and I work in GY shift. Very bad service, disappointing food and very low food hygiene. Never again.

The bay view is serene, and the sky seems to always cooperate for IG snaps. But if you are sensitive to smell, then you might find the place a little out of your comfort zone. Starbucks was closed when we visited on a weekday which was unusual. We planned to enjoy the famous Manila Bay sunset while drinking coffee and admiring the fancy yachts docked around the bay, so that was a disappointment. Nonetheless, managed to make the most of the drive and still enjoyed the view of Manila Bay as we explored the short stretch of brick road of Harbor Square while adoring cutie doggos being walked around the area. What was most interesting to see were the local folks with DIY'd fishing rods and small buckets patiently waiting for their catch when we visited. Saw some tilapia inside little net bags which I assume they will bring home to their families before the beautiful Manila Bay sunset finally calls it a day.

One of the popular hang out place for friends and family in Pasay City. This place have the perfect spot to chill day and night. Lots of people like women (who joins the zumba exercises every morning), cyclists, group of friends, families and even couples enjoys the place since restaurants of different kinds is almost here in their business location. You may want to label this place as leisure area for adults and in addition, the location is just around PICC, CCP, near the Coconut Palace and just a 5 minutes drive to Mall of Asia.

It's a CLUSTER of restaurants & bistros, mostly for casual dining and fast food. It has relatively wide pay-parking space (including motorcycle & bikes). The ambience in the early afternoon is cozy, overlooking the Manila Yacht Club. It's also a nice place to watch the sunset or do some photography (@ the Starbucks side). But in the evening it gets noisy before of the band playing in a few restaurants. Some of the establishments that could be found in the area are: Pancake House, Max's, Krispy Kreme, Jollibee, Starbucks, etc

Ate our Lunch here on a simple Restaurant that offers Filipino Dishes + this view. Also there is a musician (not related to the Resto but is friends with the Staff - he is an elderly man with a young adult female companion, you can give them any amount as a token for Lolo Musician's lovely voice / guitar skills) who serenades you while eating which makes it more serene! Perfect to visit on weekdays and on or before lunchtime during weekends to avoid any crowd.
