Chowking - Vito Cruz — Restaurant in Manila

This was one month ago, but I'm writing this review now since I have free time. Food sucks and the cashier was rude. I came in late at night after DLSU's concert. I ordered what I wanted, but made a mistake of not specifying that half of what I ordered is for takeout. I admit my fault, but this was just a minute after ordering, the food items for takeout weren't even made yet, and I paid the extra fee for the takeout. I received a new receipt for my orders, the cashier used the first receipt as a reference--she did not list out the halo-halo that I ordered and had paid for already. I realized this too late when I was about to finish my food, since I was wondering where tf was my dessert. I couldn't bring it up since the new receipt did not have the halo-halo in it! Medyo padabog din ang serving ni ate girl sa akin. Gets naman kung pagod, I understand that. However, I should get what I had paid for. She had the first receipt as a reference, and even repeated my orders. I believe she omitted that on purpose, because whenever I order halo-halo from this branch--regardless of who the cashier is--parang ayaw nila gumawa ng halo-halo. Sorry if my mistake annoyed you, but I paid for that god...

I live nearby this branch, that's why whenever I crave for chowcking meals, I dropped by and satisfy my cravings... However, why is it, whenever we order for takeout, it's either lack of condiments and utensils or worst, as there's missing item(s) and or substandard.....

I ordered for the following: Platter fried rice; Platter siomai; Platter buchi; and Bucket (8 pcs.) Chicken but when reached home, I found out that it was only 7pcs. I ordered and paid for 8 pcs but only 7pcs have been packed... Even the buchi was only 7pcs, supposed to be 8pcs.

Sana naman po, tutukan ng supervisor if properly assembled each order. Irritating... I actually checked the numbers(boxes) of order and correct... Do I need to count each pcs per order? It was raining and just waiting outside the establishment's parking :-(

Mabuti na lang mabait ang guard, who assisted me at the parking area.

To the manager: Respectfully, do me a favor, kindly, give a 1pcs chicken meal for the guard, who's on duty on 25 October 2022, roughly between 6:30-...

I came to this branch on August 18 around 9pm. The worst and rude front counter lady Cashier ever. I told her what drink I want to order and she gave me a different drink, I was okay with it probably mis understood cause the mask but I ask to swith it and she literally raise her voice and gave attitude!! I felt so unwelcomed and lost my appetite to even eat. I Left the branch and I didn't even touch the drink that the rude lady cashier gave me! The guy manager was so polite to apologize, but this is my last time visiting this branch!! That rude cashier needs to be trained more. To be honest it's so unprofessional, This branch will lose lots...
